is the connector on both ends of strip so another can be added?

Accepted Answer

You can add another strip, but the double-density (300 LED) strips may require another 12V adapter and/or amplifier to power them adequately if two or more strips are connected in a straight run.  On the other hand, you can probably power two double-density strips (total of 32.8 feet) on a single 12V adapter if you center the power supply (using a y-splitter).

Question 2

is there a random setting? I am thinking about building a custom Jukebox and don't want to be changing the sequence all the time.

Yes the lights have a random setting. There is a strobe setting that you can control the speed on but only flashes white. 2 pulse modes that switch between presets and 2 fades that are preset and you can NOT set your own fading or pulse colors. However you can create your own colors for regular lighting.

is it possible to use the Computer's PSU to power it? I am Thinking of putting this in a Computer case and use the PSU to power it. Possible, if so How.

Question 4

How many strips (or how long) can I put on 1 ps and dimmer?

The LEDS are noticeably dimmer at the end of the strip when compared with the ones near the plug connection, and the power supply gets pretty hot with one strip. Adding more would be ill-advised, I feel. That said, I am running one and a half strips on a single control circuit... But I expect it to release the magic smoke any day now.
