Do I need a different cable for the Sub? I am planning to get this hooked to my Sabre USB DAC 2. The DAC only got 2 RCA(L&R) and a Coaxial Out. Would I be able to use this on that?

The sub inputs are two RCA (L&R) so it should work.

Question 3

What input/output jacks does this speaker set have?  Is it USB?  3.5mm?  Is there a out-to-headphones jack on the unit, anywhere?

One 3.5mm input, no usb or headphone jacks.  It is a very minimal unit but the sound quality is amazing for the price.  An external device can remedy the lack of a headphone jack but may be a hassle.
