Please check which Functions supports by your Laptop's built-in USB C port first, only if your laptop's built-in USB C port is fully funcitonal port which support Data transfer & Video Display & PD charging, you can use the full functions of our docking station.

Incompatible Ports:
- USB-C 3.1 Gen 1/Gen 2 : 5Gb/s (data transfer only) can't support video display;
- USB-C 3.2 Gen 1/Gen 2 : 5Gb/s (data transfer only) can't support video display.
