how many inches is between the tray and the bottom of the desk?

The height setting is set with 4 mounting bolts, one for each bracket.  It has 3 bolt holes for varying heights.  The highest setting is about 2 1/2" from bottom of desk to top of tray.  Then you can lower it about 1 more inch in 1/2" increments.

Summary: 3 height options, 2.5", 3", 3.5"

Note:  I actually drilled an additional mounting hole so that my space between desk and tray is about 1.5".  This would be the minimum Height physically possible.

It's extremely sturdy and way better than a plastic platform.

Question 3

What are the screw dimensions? I have a 3/4'' table top.   What size screws should i get if the included screws are too long? 3/8 inch?

Our table tops are 1 and 1/8 inch.  The provided screws work fine.  In your case, if the table top is 3/4", I would use 1/2 screws.

How deep is the tray when shut (length of the glides)?
