Does this come with exhaust hose and window panel?

It does, however, the included hose is only about 6 feet or so.

Is there an extension available for the 4 foot hose?  I need another foot.

There isn't one included in the box, but the hose is expandable to beyond 4'. An alternative if that still isn't enough would be to buy some 4" ducting from a home improvement store. If you go that route I would recommend insulating it, as the ducting bleeds heat much more than the plastic hose that comes with the unit. The ducting is less than $15
