Enterprise Sled for Apple iPad mini™
Honeywell's Captuvo SL62 enterprise sled encases the popular Apple® iPad mini™, transforming it into an enterprise-ready device for businesses that prefer the simplicity and familiarity of iOS, but need additional functionality built in like scanning and secure payment processing.
From the leader in barcode scanning technology, the Captuvo SL62 features an integrated scanner with Adaptus™ Imaging Technology 6.0. This enables fast and accurate reading of linear and 2D barcodes on product, government issued IDs, coupons or loyalty club cards.
The Captuvo SL62 sled provides a protective housing for all versions of the iPad mini increasing its ruggedness against wear and tear and is compatible with various applications such as price and product look-up, inventory management, and scanning items for purchase at point-of-sale.
An optional integrated magnetic stripe reader is also available, supporting encrypted and unencrypted data output, which facilitates secure, quick and easy processing of credit card transactions and allows associates to check-out customers on the spot, wherever they may be.
