I am confused about Operating system: Is the Windows 10 already installed or I need to purchase it seperatly?

I ordered mine and selected Windows 10 as an option. I had the option to upgrade ram, hdd, DVD Rom, and the OS. If you select Windows 10 from the options before you buy it comes with it installed.

Yes it does, I purchased the laptop for my child but I keep it covered with tape for security reasons.

I have already purchased it and if I don't like it, what is the return policy? Can I send it for a (refund without using it)?
