Yes, it has version 4.0. As for a link to get the driver I couldn't find that. You can try to update/install the driver using the Device Manager. To open, "Right-click" the Start menu, then click "Device Manager". Click the arrow next to "Network Adapters". If a Bluetooth device/driver is installed it will be visible there. To update/install a missing driver right-click the device name and click "Update Driver Software". If there is a black arrow in a white circle pointing down in the icon next to the device, right-click and click "Enable".

Yes the OS can be updated to Windows 10. There is no Microsoft Office software with this.

Unfortunately, after much digging, the most specific answer I could get from the system is Intel (R) HD Graphics.
