Question 1

I was considering this RAM with an i7 4770k processor, but I was given this warnning by pcpartpicker:

"Kingston HyperX 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum."

I just want to make sure that the two can work together without compromise or not?

...and I am pretty darn sure that when I bought this memory from Newegg they stated on the product webpage it was Haswell compatible.  Funny thing is I dont see that claim any longer.  How nice.

Will this memory fit a ASUS P7P55D-E Pro motherboard?  I am looking to add memory.
