Is it worth it to buy refurbished monitors like this one? Is there a replacement policy or at least return policy from newegg?

I bought 2 monitors and they both look brand new and contained power supply and HDMI cables. Monitors work great. Had previously purchase 1 new from Jet and it was missing the power supply. The way I see it, new or refurbished, problems can always come up. I would imagine a good amount of people bought these with gaming in mind, but the response time isn't great, so returned and are now selling as refurbished(I use for work and everyday computing). I got the 2 refurbished for the price of 1 new, so no-brainer for me. I think Newegg has a 30 day return policy for refurbished, but don't quote me on that. I don't think there's a replacement policy, but they do offer an extended warrenty/replacement for extra money. I didn't get that, but really happy with my purchase

don't really understand your question, but the description says it all. The screen is LED backlight IPS monitor and its 23 inches, if you're referring to the screen saver then just go to google - images- and type in nature wallpaper hd, hope I have answered your question
