Yes, looking at Device manager it shows that it has a Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter.
I have been very impressed with this box. I put in another 4GB Memory and swapped out the HD to a 240GB SSD and installed Win 10 from a USB flash drive.

Question 2

What chipset does it come with? I tried installing fedora with an intel ssd 320 drive and it won't detect it. A regular sata drive does get detected.

Remember, Fedora is the playground for RHEL and Centos, so they tend to be a bit more conservative/safer with Kernels.  I am using it for a server, and like many IT professionals want something better than MS.  Most of my servers run Centos 7.  However, to get support for the WiFi NIC, I needed one of 4.8x kernels, so I installed Ubuntu 16.04 (Gnome) with the newer kernel, and _everything_ works without any tweaking.  This might fix your SSD issue as well.

Do I need special drivers to install Win 10 from a USB stick on to this machine?

Remember, the reason a modern Linux distro is able to install itself on so many PCs is that it literally includes hundreds of thousands of drivers.  Microsoft, by comparison, does not include nearly as many.  You will probably be able to poke around the HP website and find most of what you need, with some trial and error.  Mine works flawlessly with Ubuntu 16.04.

Is it quite PC and does it have BT along with the Wi-Fi module ?

Yes, this has BlueTooth.  The WLAN module is listed as "HP WLAN 802.11 b/g/n 1x1 + Bluetooth 4.0"
