Is the Windows 7 OS complete with COA or key included?

Sorry to be so late in responding as this is my work email and I've gotten behind on messages. Yes, this is a brand new Windows 7 with COA that is given to companies that refurbish computers. It's not the original license that was on the machine before it was refurbished. I've run into issues in the past with refurbished PCs where the license was still registered to the previous owner/company. I could get it changed through Microsoft, but it took a lot of work and was a pain. You'll also be pleased with the quality of the PC - mine was just like brand new. No dings, scratches, dents, or dust on the inside - pristine condition!
