Does this have WiFi and bluetooth?

Hello L: This HP 6005 Pro does "NOT" have WiFi or Bluetooth. There are 4 USB ports on the front and 6 on the back. U can get inexpensive USB to WiFi and Bluetooth modules.  It has VGA and Display Port for Video, & you can run two monitors at the same time. I bought 3 of these as it's less than the price of Windows 7 Pro. Cheaper than upgrading an older PC. I have been very happy with this purchase.

Does this have an integrated Radeon graphics card?

There is no "graphics card" installed.  The monitor plugs directly into the VGA port on the Mother Board.  System Information shows that the "Display" is: ATI Radeon HD 4200.

This has been a VERY GOOD computer for the wife!  The refurbishing work done, made it look like a NEW computer, both inside the case, and out.
No "bloat ware" to deal with. Lots of value for the price.

Would highly recommend.

Does this product come with a disc copy of the Windows 7 Pro ??

No. But it does come with a license. Still, it's a great machine, very fast.

Not entirely sure as I bought this for a friend and I don't have access to it right now. I had briefly opened it up when I received it and if I remember correctly DDR3 and I believe it was four slots? It had one 4GB RAM stick installed. However I read somewhere that it supports up to 16GB. It a fast nice computer for the price was very impressed with it, I'm considering ordering one myself, hope this helps.

What other software other than window 7 comes with this computer?

My first thought here is  - What software is expected or needed?  This computer came with an install license for Windows 7.  Microsoft has advertised that it will be a free upgrade to Windows 10.   There was probably about 200 upgrades to the base Windows 7 after the computer was connected to the internet.  "Math Cloud" was about the only thing showing on the desktop, presumably just as a functional system test.  Picking the Windows icon at the bottom left of the screen brings up a functions window.  Then selecting "All Programs" brings up many more selections.  Then selecting "Accessories" gives a comprehensive suite of programs that comes with Windows.  These can be dragged and dropped to the desktop if wanted.
Windows defaults to Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer.  My preference is Open Office and Google Chrome.  These are both available for free from the internet.  A kind of quirk in traditional Windows (not touch screen) is the powerful editing available between the mouse and keyboard.  Copy and paste with individual windows, within a window, or the complete screen can be done, then edited in Paint, font sizes changed with a stoke of key, and probably many other functions that I am unaware of.
My main use of this computer is checking email and watching video.  A further use is writing a monthly newsletter for a radio club.   The one use of my still functional former computer that I have not tried on this one is to boot to native DOS to enable programming of vintage Motorola radio transceivers.  Maybe soon.
I hope this will be a help to computer purchasers.

Of course, I don't think a desktop's been made in 10 years that didn't have an ethernet port with it.

If so, what make/model/specs and is it part of the motherboard or is it an independant card?

Onboard video. Intel, if I remember correctly. Nothing for gaming, but works great of Office/email/internet.

Mine came pretty muck as pictured - front and back USBs, mouse, keyboard, and monitor connectors on the back, audio in and out ports front and back, and one 9 pin com port.  There are some spare rear facing slots.
Keyboard and mouse were with the unit, and both connect to the USB ports.
BIOS is about 4 years old.
