Mine has a VGA. Since my monitor can handle all three type inputs to the monitor, I was fine. This unit was great for me to get when XP updates were dropped by Microsoft.

Yes, mine was shipped with a power cord, keyboard, and mouse.

Does it have any antivirus software installed and what kind of network card/wireless adapter is onboard. does it have hdmi output?

No, it doesn't have Anti-virus pre installed. Look into AVG Anti virus, they have a free edition. The Lan port is built into the main board for a standard ethernet cable connection for internet. There is no wireless card included and no HDMI output. It does however have a HD display port output.

Doesn't come with a restore CD or a Windows CD. Everything is pre-installed.

Cannot tell by picture or desc.  Does it include a dvd rom or r/w?

The general specs say it's a DVDRW, but mine came with a DVD-ROM. Here's the Model#: TS-H353B/HPBH for the DVD drive. Everything else was as specified.

Is the photo a Stock Photo an Not the actual one of the computer I'm receiving? I don't see any PCI Video card, so it must be an video on-board.

It is not a seperate video card. It does a good job for movies. I've not tried any gaming on this computer.
