Does this come with Windows 7 Professional 32 or 64bit?

The Desktop comes with Win7 Pro 64 bit which you can upgrade free to Win 10 Pro 64 bit. Great unit, great price! Adding another 4G Ram, brings the quad core CPU up to a speed that will satisfy most.

Question 2

Is there space to add a second SATA hard drive to this unit? I have a hard drive from a dell computer that i need to pull info from.

I just bought one of these, it seems like a good little computer so far, and it upgraded to windows 10 with no issues. However there is not space for an additional hard drive. you have 1 3.5 bay for HDD, and 1 4.25 bay for CD/DVD. You could get an adapter and replace the CD/DVD drive with a Hard drive. But then you will need to find some plastic to cover the hole up.

P.S. - best bet, get an external eSATA enclosure for the drive you want to add. Mine had an eSATA port on the back. This gives you the 2 hard drives, plus its faster than a USB enclosure.

What, if any, slots are available for a wireless card?

It has PCI Express slots and plenty of USB ports, think six on back and four on front.

Does this system have a single USB 2.0 or 3.0 port?  It looks like a bunch of ports but a close up of the photos looks like they are all USB 1.0!!!

I was wondering what motherboard is included in this PC? The specifications seem to include everything but type of motherboard.

The processor is a socket LGA1155, and you should be able to swap out the processor with a better one, if desired.  It's a proprietary HP board.  Specs can be easily found at HP's website.  I'd post the link but NewEgg won't let me.

You can also find the logic board diagrams for this model on HP's website.  I have one of these with the slightly better processor (i5-2500).  After adding a decent video card, it's a sweet little media PC.
