I was thinking on turning this into a home tv DVR.  To do that, I need to make sure this version of windows7 home has Windows Media Center included. If it is "windows7 home 32bit basic", I don't believe it will include Windows Media Center.  Does it?

I have mine hooked up to a 3 tuner cable card and a USB hard drive. It has media center and has been recording fine

There is a RJ45 ethernet jack on the back. There is not built-in wifi.

PCI on this thing? Lot of these other "Refurbished PC's" don't really specify if it has PCI or PCIe

surprised at low stars.I bought this 2 yrs ago here refurbished.no problems.it takes a pci 16x express card  2.0 version.I put one in works fine.but couldn't close case..was just trying it.need a low profile bracket.also mine was passive cooling,barely fit,not much room inside.

Can someone give me the dimensions of the case? I would like to know if this is smaller than the desktop I currently use at work, thanks.

Small form factor.  ROUGHLY  3" tall .  Maybe 14x14 foot print.
