Yes. There is room in the chassis for 2 expansion cards. Get a PCI based wireless adapter card. But I think this easiest thing to do is get a wireless USB adapter. That's what I did. I wanted to use a PCI express card also. But it does not have a slot for that. So I had to return my express card and get a regular PCI card.

Does this computer come with micro-soft word?

No. There is no MS Office included. However, there is a number of free software packages that replace MS Office, search for them.

Where can I get a legit reboot disc for this computer or who do I contact for this problem ?

If the computer is still working as purchased, you can make a backup copy of the operating system using many different kinds of backup software including the Windows 7 on the computer. The important thing is the product key on the label attached to the computer by the people who refurbished the computer. If you want a new out of the box installation disk, you will have to purchase it, but you are allowed to make a legal backup copy of the installed Windows 7 and reinstall it as needed on this computer.

Yup. Be aware that mine had 4x512 - so to upgrade, I would need to pull at least a GB (2x512).

Hello,I was wondering does this have a PCI X!6 for upgrading video,and if it does what class 2.0-2.1 or 3.0 ?

There is 1 PCI-e 16-x slot for video and a couple of PCI-e 1-x slots for things like TV-cards. Look up the respective Intel chipset to see which generation it is, considering that the computer was built in 2008.

How do I make a backup copy of the operating system?
ether USB or disk (Windows 7 Home Prem. 32bit) so that I can make a fresh install if ever needed.
I have had to do it on my other PC with Windows XP more then once.

yup. 1x pciex16, 1x pciex1, & 1x pci. The PCIEx1 would be a good spot for a single esata.
