Does it come with a refurbished monitor or new?

I am pretty sure it was refurbished.  Looking at it though, I cant tell. Look as good as new to me.  We've had this about a year now with no issues, everything works great.  Got it for my kids to play, use for school homework and similar things.  Been great.  Its handled all the software we have thrown at it too.

Does this have any pci-e slots so I can add a pci video card?

Good system. 3.0HGz is speedy & the 22IN widescreen is very clear and stable.
I really only use it for Email & Banking. However, it's fast enough to do a number of other things. Primarily this a business computer and would be great for school.
I would recommend this to a friend, relative, or coworker.

Modem is high speed 'intel gigabit network connection' with RJ45 connector.  Yes there is a dvdrom player installed with CDBurnerXP software.  Windows media player is installed.  1YR hardware only warranty.

This is a great computer for the price, but no Wi-Fi capability. You'll have to use a wired connection to your router.

For a few dollars buy a cord with hdmi plug on the screen end and DisplayPort on the other end to mate with this PC. Do not buy mini-DP cord by accident, that's an Apple invention for MacBOOKs

Computer is not equipped with wifi connectivity.  So we had to add wireless usb adapter.

Very good desktop. I have offered two desktop's to two of my employees who spends almost 40 to 50 hrs a week and it works well.
