Are any ink cartridges included with this printer?

other than the missing cable, its a nice and fairly fast printer for home office use. you can get a cable from new egg. suggest you get a longer one for some flexibility with your setup.

Compatible with Windows 10?

Why would a modern printer not work with the current Windows OS?

Will it print in black if it's out of color ink?

there are 2 cartridges, black and color. it will only print in black if the original image or document is in greyscale (black & white)

What ink cartridges are included with this printer?

Low yield set up cartridges. I purchased both HP 63XL cartridges at the same time as the printer.

Does this printer print double sided?

Nope. Just a basic, inexpensive printer.

what are the dimensions of the printer?

It is a very good printer for me. Plug it in and that is that. Works very well. One thing about it is a missing cord. I had to use a cord from my old HP printer. Might be a problem for other buyers.
