no, you get just what's in the picture and a power cable. also check the amount of ram. mine came with 4gb rather than 8gb. I've also had a similar refurb purchase that I ordered with windows 7 pro and it came with that installed but not activated but on the side of the pc is a windows 10 pro cd key for refurb pcs.

The motherboard has both...(4) USB 3.0 & (6) USB 2.0. I may have the quantities wrong but definitely has both.

No, the DVD drive only plays discs, it's not a burner.

I can run two monitors with a VGA splitter can't I? New monitors but still use VGA

I believe you can although I don't use the computer for that.  Best thing I would say is to verify the max resolution that it can push with the two monitors you want to use it with.

The specs says it has Discrete Video Card, can someone confirm what kind of Discrete Video Card it has?

It has on board video Intel HD graphics 2500. It is a small form factor PC so if you plan to upgrade the GPU be warned normal cards will not fit. The other drawback is the OEM formed power supply is 240W so don't expect to use a high draw video card. So far it appears it is the only PS option. I purchased an EVGA 2gb GeForce 730 low profile and it doesn't draw to much to cause a crash. Hope this helps.

Yes, it has a regular PCI slot.  BUT, the case is small form-factor, so any add-in cards need to use a low-profile bracket.

Is this compatable with graphics card GTX EVGA 750 TI SC and will the case fit the graphics card?

If this question is still applicable to you, I would recommend getting the measurements of the card and comparing them to the size of the case.  That would give you a better idea.
