Would this work properly with a Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB (1 x 8G) DDR4 2133  (288-Pin) RAM stick? Or do the speeds need to be the same?

You should be able to use them but both sticks will default to 2133mhz which is also the lowest speed DDR4 ram runs at.

I personally like hyper x fury ram because of the look, and I feel as if it is not necessary to light up the alienware aurora r6 from the inside since it is a closed built; the only difference is I would use hyper x furry ram that has the same ram speed (MHz) that matches the processors specifications for top performance. Note an i5 9400 processor uses 2666 MHz for performances, I would crank up the ram speed of 2400 MHz into 2666 MHz for a performative upgrade. It might be slightly more expensive but I think it's worth it.

Dual channel doesnt refer to the dimms themselves, they refer to how the memory operates on your motherboard. If your motherboard supports dual channel memory, then it would mean that you have two slots operating at the same time. If you're buying this by itself, no, the memory wont run in dual channel. If you're buying this to add to your memory, then yes

There is a guy in the reviews who claims this RAM , a ddr4 works with his am3 system with an fx 8350???? what kind of sorcery is that.
