Pros: I like the bright 17" display and easy on the wallet price for what you get. I don't require a Power House computer and this gives me more than I need. Easy transition for me from XP to Windows 7.
Cons: Sound volume*** (see other thoughts). You need to download the Lightscribe software (not pre-installed) if you want to PRINT/LABEL directly onto the special Lightscribe DVD's. It will burn any DVD tough.
Overall Review: *** By changing the Windows 7 "default" sound setting in Control Panel I was able to get sound notifications I could hear easily. Test them all to find one you like. I plug in speakers if I want to listen to music with good sound quality. I removed all the bloatware and tweaked other settings to my liking easily.
