Yes but these units are garbage first one I received was not refurbished and didn't work and the replacement was the same way and both came with the wrong charger and would not charge.

Does it have a touch screen and it the stylist included?

Yes, it has a touch screen. The touch feature can be disabled from the stylus' feature. I bought a refurbished unit that didn't come with a stylus, but was able to get one under $10.

How many USB ports does the computer have?

The computer has three(3) USB 2.0 ports. The left port is a powered charging port.

CAN YOU TELL ME IF THERE ARE SCRATCHES ON SCREEN AND ARE THERE ANY BAD WEAR MARKS ANYWHERE ELSE?

The first one of these I received was Garbage and did not work and was not refurbished the replacement was worse, and both came with the wrong charger and would not charge. On top of all that they didn't give me a full refund!

Does it come with battery and charger? Thanks.

Mine came with both, the battery was relatively new & still has most of it's capacity & the charger was the 65W unit that HP supplies with these new.  Reading the reviews, others have had different experiences.

Does Windows 7 support touch screens or will I have to upgrade to a newer version of Windows?
