What exactly does Condition Grade B mean? Is this damage to the display, damage to the mount or I'm going to get a box of plastic and glass that should have been tossed in the trash?

I would liken the one I received to a monitor from GoodWill in terms of dings and case scratches.  It does work perfectly though and I am very pleased.  Just don't think that you will receive shiny new.
