HP Scanjet 8390 L1962A#B1H CCD Document Flatbed Scanner

Get the power of a high-speed color duplex scanner and the flexibility of a flatbed scanner in a small space with the compact HP Scanjet 8390 digital flatbed scanner. Thanks to an efficient, 100-sheet Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) the 8390 can tackle unattended two-sided, multi-page scans at 4,800dpi optical resolution and 48-bit color. Dual scan heads scan both sides of a page simultaneously. Using the ADF you can do single-sided black-and-white scanning at 35 pages per minute at 200dpi resolution. Also, when you’re scanning a large amount of documents, let the built-in Kofax VirtualReScan software automatically adjust the color and contrast so you get clear, readable results.

A set of front-panel buttons allows you to handle tasks with the single push of a button: Scan document, Scan photo, File documents, E-mail, and Copy. A legal-size, landscape-oriented scanning bed accommodates a variety of paper sizes. ISIS and TWAIN drivers and document management software included.

The software package features HP Photo & Imaging software with HP Memories Disc Creator & HP Instant Share, Integrated I.R.I.S. Readiris OCR, and NewSoft Presto! PageManager 7. The 8390 connects to your computer via a single, Hi-Speed USB 2.0 port or using an optional SCSI module assembly accessory.
