does it have the mount screw holes in the back?

Yes. You must first remove the monitor stand revealing the screw attachment holes and the monitor will then attach to a multiple monitor stand. I am using this HP style monitor - a 22" and a 23" - on multiple monitor setup now with a VIVO stand. Very nice.

Does the product include any type of video cable?

When I oredered mine it came with a dvi and a vga cable. I bought an hdmi cable for it and it works great!

1 of the 2 reviews indicates a power cord is not provided. Was this an oversight or are these sold without a power cord?

I ordered two of these monitors and both arrived with a power cord. I imagine this was an oversight - these monitors are supposed to arrive with a power cord.
