One review I read says that the HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 M551dn comes with the toner cartridges included. Regular, full-life cartridges (like 5,000 to 5,500 pages). Are those toner cartridges included in the box with the printer?

Toner cartridges were included. I couldn't tell if they were full-life, but it looked the same as the replacements (Pretty small compared to an older model HP).

Does this machine have 2 paper trays?

The printer has one true paper tray and a bypass tray on the right that can hold a lot of paper. One could easily have two types of paper in the printer on a semi-permanent basis.

Does it print front and back?

Yes, it does print front and back. When looking at HP printers the d in M551dn stands for duplex so this printer comes standard with a duplexer which enables it to automatically print front and back.

Does this product have an EIO slot?

Just a run down on how HP does their models. If the model had a "D" in it this means Duplex (two sided printing) If the model has a "T" in it this mean Two Trays If the model had a "N" in it this means Network (NIC installed)
