dose tiis printer copy and scan,and dose it come with toner ?

This printer does copy scan thru the HP software on your computer- There is no scanner to copy or scan on the printer itself .. There is a group of three cartridges that come with the printer but I have been always told those are starters and will not last as long as the normal one brought for the printer by HP.

Does this REFURBISHED printer come with any toner cartridges? I understand that a brand new unit would, but I'm not sure about this refurbished unit.

Yes, Russell, it comes with toner cartridges installed. The only catch is, they are only good to print about 700 pages. It took a lot of printing before the black cartridge was out. The yellow is now getting low too. It will continually tell you that the toner is low long before you actually have to change it. There has been no problem using after market toner, for a lot less money than HP charges. It is a very good printer for the money.

is it wireless?

Yes.  Must be configured with USB cable, but it can then be moved to any location that can receive wifi signal.  Just need to plug it into  115 volt wall socket.  I love it.  Ordered two of them.  Print quality is excellent.

Does this printer support Apple Air Print and Google Cloud Print?

It does support Google cloud print : but works sporatically ( I do not use it a lot and may not have the proper passcodes or settings to properly initiate the printing by the cloud)  - not familiar with the apple cloud printing. Vic

Yes, it came with all four cartridges. (red/yellow/blue/black) They say Introductory on them, so I believe they do not yield as many printed pages as standard cartridges.
