Is the Duplex printing automatic or Manual?(where you have to flip the paper over to do other side)

Automatic as long as you select two-sided printing and are either printing from a file or copying using the paper-feeder. 
Scanning a double-sided documents require two passes through the paper-feeder ... if you use the scan preview feature you will end up with one document.

Is the toner included?

It comes with a starter toner that prints only about half the pages of a standard cartridge.

Does this printer require numerous ink jets?

Accepted Answer

No, just one laser jet print cartridge hp 83A as only black ink is needed.  For the amount of printing I do it lasts a few months.

is this wireless?

Yes, can do either wireless or wired connection. Also, has wireless direct connect, in the case you don't have a access point to connect to.
