HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer with Wireless & Mobile Printing (G5J38A)

The HP® OfficeJet® Pro 7740 all-in-one printer offers businesses a versatile, presentation-ready printer with full fax, copy and scan capabilities. The printer has four separate CMYK color and black ink reservoirs that offer high-yield output with excellent color resolution. The printer handles oversized media, including borderless photos as well as small media.

The four separate CMYK cartridges contain a proprietary HP ink formulation that dries quickly on paper, retaining its density and vibrancy. The wide format printer offers black resolution of 1200x1200 and color resolution of 1200x4800 on photo and brochure-quality gloss and matte paper. The ink is also fade and moisture resistant, and it does not smear when you mark it with a highlighter. The printer handles an array of media, from 3x5in. (7.6x12.7cm) to 11x17in. (27.9x43.1cm).

Connectivity Options

The HP 7740 is an inkjet printer with wireless 802.11b/g/n direct printing, both with AirPrint® and through Mopria®-certified services, and Ethernet network-shared access. The borderless color printer also offers computer-direct printing through a high-speed USB 2.0 port that can handle USB 3.0 devices as well. Two RJ-11 modem ports are available for the fax function.

Mobile Device Printing

You can use tablets and smartphones to print remotely with the HP 7740. The mobile all-in-one printer works with Apple® devices including iPhone®, iPad® and iPod touch®, in addition to other devices, such as Android™ 4.4+ and Samsung Galaxy™ S4 devices.
