Does it have VESA mounting capability?

Yes it does.  If you purchase a HP Desktop Mini Security/Dual VESA Sleeve (G1K22AT) it can be mounted directly to the back of a VESA capable monitor.  A monitor mount can then be attached to the HP unit if needed.

What DC input voltage is needed to power this machine?

The power source is model no. TPC-LA58 and indicates in large letters 65W.  In very fine print it states the output is 19.5 volts and 3.33 amps.

Is there a M.2 socket or not? I am not seeing anything about M.2 on HP website. Thanks

The spec sheet for the computer indicates it has 'SATA HDD storage' interface. You might try looking for a parts manual or a service manual on the HP website for socket information.

Are any displayport to hdmi adapter or cable included?

No displayport or hdmi adapters included. Here is what is included in the box:
  * mini desktop (windows 7 pro already loaded)
  * external power supply and cord (just like laptop power cord/supply)
  * wired mouse
  * wired keyboard
  * some dvds/cd that have various drivers
  * hp windows 10 pro install disc
  * hp windows 7 pro install disc

How well would this play league of legends currently? Would I saty at 60 FPS? I tried to look for videos but I couldn't find any but maybe someone has it an played league on it before, if so would it be good for it?

This computer is good for basic business tasks but it would be horrible for gaming. It has no dedicated graphics card. You would be lucky to get 10 fps on any 3D game

Yes, it comes installed with an Intel Wireless 7260 card, which supports both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n

What m.2 form factor ssd & ram upgrade would you suggest for better speed performance?  And what is the max ram you can install?

Notes on M.2 SSD:  Most M.2 SSDs sold are SATA based; however, those drives will not be recognised by the BIOS on these mainboards .  Search for PCIe SSDs which are currently more costly, but are supported by the BIOS.

It appears this comes with a wireless card installed, correct? Is there a way to attach an external antennae?

I wanted to use this as a portable computer and my high gain waveguide antenna.  There is no way to connect to the internal wireless card and I had to use an external Rosewill adapter that I could remove the antenna and connect the waveguide antenna (Cantenna).

Can OSX be installed?

While there are ways to install OSX on a Widows PC you can't without some third party software and jumping through several hoops that will emulate Apples TPM chip then creating a suitable OSX boot disk. And that is only if the hardware is compatible. Since this is a Core i3 I will assume it is. Also Apple has a way of releasing updates that break non-Apple installs. Not worth it in my opinion.

Was this system downgraded from windows 10 to windows 7?

Came with Windows 7 Pro installed. Has both Win 7 and Win 10 Disk's so
you can use either.
