Yes, it has a standard 3.5" Hard drive bay. You may need a 3.5" to 2.5" adapter, but since SSD's don't have moving parts you can just use some sticky back tape to hold it down.

this one used the Intel on chip graphics - the Intel HD Graphics, 4600.  There was no extra or discreet graphics.

The ad I'm looking at today from Newegg 'Shell Shocker' (9/3/19), shows the rear view.  Click the far right thumbnail (3 dots) to bring up all the views.  Be aware though, what you get may be slightly different depending on stock.  I got mine for my Grandson and it looks like brand new.  Upgraded to SSD & RAM.  It's a nice quiet, speedy desktop for general purpose school work and some gaming.

How old is the HDD? Is this a new HDD added at refurb build out, if not, how many power cycles or hours estimate/average?

Don't know, but the one that came in mine was a Western Digital Blue Drive.  You could, if you buy it, run the WDC utility (LifeGuard, free download from Western Digital) to test your drive prior to use.  However, I'd recommend that you remove the HDD and add an SSD instead.  There is room to add a SSD and a HDD (so you could move the HDD to a secondary/data drive and the SSD your boot device for better performance).

Question 9

Is this a fresh (wipe) install of Windows 10 Pro 64-bit?  Not an upgrade, etc.?  Does it come with a Windows 10 COA?

When mine came, it booted up and I was asked to set up the connection to the internet then soon after asked me to enter the Windows10 code (64-bit) and then downloaded a ton of stuff and took about an hour to make ready.
