What kind of hard drives fit this?

Regular 3.5 inch SATA desktop hard drives. I used NAS drives.

Can I replace the OS with Windows 2016 Server?

Yes, you can install any operating system that you prefer on this machine. Just be sure to understand that this server only has 2 CPU cores.

What memory is compatible with this server?

I only use the HP stuff. It doesn't appear to be special, but it is guaranteed.

Do the drives just slide into it?

Yes they do. You'll have to add a few screws for it,but they come with the it. You'll also have give it a bit of a small push at the end to secure the drive snugly

Does this server come with 1 TB hardrive?? \\

Yes it does. It comes preloaded with ClearOS. I opted to wipe it and install Ubuntu Server though.
