Does this printer come with a toner cartridge?

Yes, it does come with a toner cartridge.  I have heard that its a starter cartridge, which has less toner than the store bought version.  Although, its been over a year, and I'm still on the first toner cartridge.

Is the display LED?

I really don't know. But I will say that the display is too dim and in normal room lighting, I find it hard to read. If you have a bright light over the machine its much easier to read the screen.

Is this printer Windows 10 compatible?

Yes, it is and we have several laptops using windows 10 using it and a couple of mac's as well. Also, their customer support will actually install the drivers for you if you can't get it to work properly.

is there anyway I can get a print sample of this printer because I cannot find it any where locally to see the print in action?

I'm not sure if any offline stores carry this printer, I haven't seen any myself.  However using the printer for a year I have no complaints about the quality -- it's what you'd expect for a typical laser printer.

what button do i push to scan?

I typically use the scan application that comes with it but you can also press the bottom button to the left of the circular menu button.
