Does it have internal connectors to support any additional hard drives?

yes, bought 3, it has 4 SATA connectors (One go to drive a second to DVD drive, two empty. There is room easily for two physical 3.5" drives (so you can easily add one). Power supply has power for 4 SATA devices. Also is nice the 4 memory slots. 4 different Slots on board. One PCI, on PCIex1 one PCIe x16 (video) black socket, second what looks like PCIe x16 with white connector. Very happy with hardware.

Considering there are other refurbished PCs offered here with Windows 7 32bit installed on 64 bit machine, it would be helpful to specify which EXACT version of Windows 7 is installed?

64 bit, Refurb copy (OOBE) of Win7 Pro. Upgrade to Win10 takes time but is free...
