No, it doesn't.

This is a very basic little laptop. It does well for what we wanted, which is mostly for watching videos on the internet.

how big is the hard drive on this hp stream laptop? and does it have enough ram to watch video on youtube?

The hard drive is a 32gb ssd with about 28 gb or so as usable storage since the windows 8.1 OS takes up some of the storage.
It has 2 GB of RAM I have no problems streaming video from youtube, hulu, or netflix.

If you are looking for a budget laptop for basic internet use and word processing this works well.

It comes with a free 1 year subscription to Microsoft office 365.  I know I've used office and excel already, and I think it also includes PowerPoint and maybe access, but I've not had a need for them yet.

It does, my daughter installed it onto her HP Stream. Not really a great gaming platform, however she hasn't complained about any computer performance. She is also able to run one of her "paint" programs to create her computer graphics and just plugs in her drawing tablet to the laptop and draws away.

Can you download stuff from the internet?

You can download stuff, but the memory is not big enough. So all you download is going to go to the cloud, otherwise, the stream is a wonderful laptop.

Yes, my daughter loves hers.  She sits with it on her lap and types stories, does homework and plays games on it.
