does this support 7.1 surround sound?

Not many headsets(if any) have true 7.1 surround sound, but basically yes, I use these for competitive gaming and they work excellent for hearing anything and knowing what direction it's coming from. They are by far my favorite headset.

im trying to use these on my pc and ive tried both the front jacks and bacj and none of them pick up on my pc, how do i get them to work on pc?

make sure your in line mic volume is up. ,  its on one of the wires, I believe on the right wire near the headset.  Also make sure your pc is set up for headset use instead  of speaker use and used the test program.  Hope this helps
