I pre-ordered this, when can I expect to be to be charged and the product be shipped?

I pre-ordered this expecting it to be shipped on the Release Date: 11/09/2017. I paid for three day shipping. Now if a item is to be released on the 9th, and shipped in three days I would get it on the 12th. Well I was told it will not be shipped until the 24th, so it will ship Thanksgiving holiday weekend. So with the three day shipping I was told I would get to still get (as if this was a gift to me and not something I paid for so I could have this item by the 12th) I will be lucky to get this item by the 27th. I have contacted customer service and they assured me I could keep my three day shipping (again as if it was a gift to me) ignoring my complaint completely. I pointed out I paid to have the item by the 12th, not the 27th (at least) and was ignored. I do not understand how you can have customer service this bad, I do not know why I am being charged three day shipping when I will get the item 11 days after the 3 day shipping time has expired. I do not plan to buy from New Egg ever again if this is the service I am to expect.
