No,  This PC build does not have wifi or Bluetooth.  This would be easily remedied by adding the loose components.

The case has a nice, open, modular design that allows for easy modification of the available parts.  The power supply appears to be able to easily handle the load of the included components, but if you upgrade to high-power requirements (new GPU cards, etc), you should be able to replace the power supply.  Of course, check the manufacturers specifications before you proceed.

I do not play Overwatch, but I checked another first-person shooter (based on the Unreal Engine) and it was not performing at 60 fps. I believe the video card would be the first I would upgrade to be able to play Overwatch at 60 fps.

I run WoW, Fallout 4, Titanfall and Elder Scrolls with no issue. WoW it runs at ultra with 52fps. The rest at ultra will start to challenge it. Reality is if you want/need more you can remove this card, sell it and buy a better card but the rest of the system will run whatever you want.....

The model I purchased has a built-in ethernet port on the motherboard, but no wi-fi.  I purchased a separate wi-fi/bluetooth dongle.
