How is the noise?

The computer hardly makes any noise. Its quite quiet and i have had the computer for a while. i do know that if you manually increase the fan speed, there is a slight noise, but other than that, the pc is very quiet

No, but u can go on the Internet and buy the wireless network card it’s easy to install.

I'd imagine you could as most computer cases allow easy access to the inside.  I've never purchased from iBUYPOWER, but I don't see why they wouldn't allow it.

I know windows comes pre installed but is it already activated? i dont want to have to buy a seperate activation key.

If it’s not activated you should get a sticker on the outside of the case showing the key, if it is no worries.
