I bought this when it went on sale after christmas 2012. What size of an exhaust fan do I need?

brought this in 2012 too when on sale all is still good ,but no software as all seems to be wiped clean slate. What type of soft ware if any is in this? as I thought I saw a lot when got this but been so busy until now to really really look at it closely think I may have been robbed by a memory stick as I see every file empty in this
