is this air cooled or liquid cooled?

Its air cooled, from my count it has 3 120mm fans and one 140mm fan.  There is one on the top, back, bottom of PSU, and one in the bottom front panel.  It has plenty of space to expand on the cooling.  The CPU also has a fan on the heatsink

What video card is in this?

The description indicates a AMD Radeon R9 280X .  But the specs and the pictures indicate something else entirely.  For example, the 280X has dual DVI ports....this specs and pictures indicate otherwise.

Does it include an HDMI port? I can't imagine that a gaming rig such as this one doesn't include one, and yet it's not listed in the spec sheet.
