Can I use HDMI with this desktop? It says it only has VGA port..

My son is the one that uses this computer, I bought it for him. He says he uses an HDMI cable on the back of his. It is a good computer, but remember, you need to do some updates for it to work well. Motherboard drivers need updating right out of the box.

Is the operating system pre-installed? (I want to put an SSD on it)

Windows 10 is installed on it. If you are going to use for games you need to update the bios on the motherboard. And all the motherboard drivers. Other then that the computer is good.

can it play world of warcraft , WOD and do you think it could handle the graphics ? I've never had a computer that could play on ultra  or been able to get over 20 fps . How good would this computer be ?

Though I cannot specifically state that it can run WoW, I can confess that I run all of my games on High or Ultra settings with no crashing. If you get this computer remember to go to Nvidia's website to update the graphics driver. It runs everything I play smoothly.

What is the highest setting to run modern games on with good frames?

My son said that it depends on what games you are playing. The WOW updated needs nothing higher then High. But if you are running Lorto it can run on extremely high settings. Star Wars cannot be set really high either.

This is a lot to explain over text, but the MO is an AMD 760G. It's been a while but ill try to remember.

Just search in google for AMD 760G bios update. Download them, unzip them, and put them on a flash drive that you can boot from. Put the flash drive in the bootable USB port in the back of the computer, and then restart... I think thats it?
