How do you install 2 more fans into this system? I can't seem to find any ports to plug the fans into the motherboard except the one that is already being used for the one in the back.

I had this same problem. There is indeed only one fan connection to the motherboard. Instead of connecting the fans to the motherboard, you can connect them directly to the power supply. You will need to connect the fan to an adapter and then to the power supply 4 pin connector. This will work: APEVIA Model CVT334 Power 3 PIN TO 4 PIN Fan Converter (3pk) or similar.

You will not be able to control the speed of the fan (or the LEDs) since it is not connected to the motherboard so I assume it will run at it's top speed. I bought these fans: Cooler Master Sleeve Bearing 120mm Silent Fan for Computer Cases, CPU Coolers, and Radiators (Value 4-Pack) They work well and are pretty quiet. Not the best CFM but they do the trick.

I talked to a professional on how to install the fans and this is what he recommended: The front 2 and bottom locations should be used for intake and the top 2 and back locations should be used for exhaust. I am actually running a total of 6 fans and my system is running great.
