The product does not work. Why?
Most issues come from not loosening ice first. Push the tray center repeatedly until flexible, avoid overfilling, and always remove the lid before pulling.
The tray is hard to open.
Loosen ice first using PUSH till FLEXIBLE. Place on a hard surface and press several times. Remove lid before pulling to avoid vacuum resistance.
It is hard to get the ice out.
Ensure ice is loosened before pulling. Push and flex both sides, then open lid and pull trays apart gently to release cubes.
The tray broke or cracked.
Breakage often happens if ice wasn’t loosened before pulling. Always push until flexible first to reduce force and avoid damage.
The product is leaking.
Check trays are fully snapped onto the frame and lid is firmly pressed. Leaks usually occur when parts are not properly secured.

The Danish engineer and founder of ICEBREAKER Nordic, Kim Jensen, lived in Texas, finding himself addicted to a daily high consumption of ice cubes, but annoyed about the hassle of the making, and sat forth the goal, that ice cube making should be as easy as pouring water into a bottle, for thereafter to serve the ice cubes directly without touching the ice. Following 10 years of part time development, ICEBREAKER was born.
The Original Concept
As ICEBREAKER is being recognized and adopted as the new and intelligent way of making HYGIENIC ice cubes, the Chinese copies are showing up massively as exact copies or in new designs.
These designs violate the ICEBREAKER IP rights and mislead the customers to believe that they offer the same functionality as the original ICEBREAKER. However, they offer bad and unhealthy quality and poor ice cube making functionality.

Food safe compliant with all mandatory EU & US requirements
We want to secure our users a safe and healthy product for many years! Overall we test against the regulations in 1935/2004/EC, California Proposition 65, FDA 21 CFR 177 & 180. In addition, we have included testing against BPA and Phthalates.
To verify compliance with these requirements, test reports have been made on certified test facilities.
