zoom in on the picture.  It has two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0.  The motherboard must have a USB 3.0 plugin to use the front USB 3.0 ports.
I am sure you have a spare USB 2.0 port on the motherboard.

The caveat about the power supply form factor is confusing, and I cannot find any documentation online. Does this chassis support the 150 × 86 × 140 mm ATX PSU standard?

Yes, I am assuming that size you specified is standard size.  It does come with a power supply and it is a standard size.
