How tall is the hdd section? I want to know the max size reservoir I can put there

I actually wanted to do the same thing except install a radiator there, but sadly the HDDs are held in by rivets and I had to force them out leaving scratches on the bottom of that section. There is also no way to secure a reservoir or radiator so I placed my audio mixer there (Mbox Mini) and it looks flawless. So I do not recommend you put a reservoir but if you still want to know it is 8.5 centimeters or just below 3.5 inches. I hope this helps

Yes, this case has very ample space for longer graphics cards. I run as Asus 980ti Poseidon, with lots of room to spare.

Would an H110 fit in the bottom?

To answer your question no, it would not fit because it only has a dual 120mm mount on the bottom and the PSU shell would have to be modded to fit any more. The H110 will fit in the front and back (also the top can be modded slightly to fit one) but there is no native support for one on the bottom. If you don't already own a H110, I don't suggest getting one if you are getting this case, I recommend getting the H100i. Having a 240mm rad on the only input for airflow will make it perform equally with a 280mm placed elsewhere. I currently have a 240 on bottom, a 360 in the back, and plan on getting 2 more 280mm rads for the front and top. Hope this helps.

How well will my GPU performance be if I leave it air cooled? I will be using a custom loop for my CPU just not my GPU initially.

it depends on your gpu but you can buy a pre-water cooled gpu.

Can the hyper 212 evo fit in this?

Any case that can mount 360mm rad are big enough to mount almost any aircooler. In fact, I wouldn't even consider buying case at this price if you are considering using such cheap cooler.
