Can this case be laid down horizontally? If so does it come with feet to keep it elevated?

Yes, it can be. It comes with a stand which is aesthetically pleasing for vertical use and rubber feet which can be adhered to a side panel for horizontal use. They arent anything special, maybe a 1/4" tall, and stuck on like stickers.  There are small indents in the side for them.

Question 2

Can this case be laid down horizontally? Does it come with rubber feet so it can be laid on its side?

Yes, we use it horizontally on a nightstand with the blue part at the bottom, leaving the air vent open on the top side.  The case has dimples in the bottom, but I didn't see any rubber feet.  Either they didn't come with the case or I chose not to install them (can't recall).  Rubber feet could be added if desired.

Question 3

Will this power supply be enough for a A10-7850K? Here is my build.

I built a system almost a year ago using the InWin BP655 case, an AsRock FM2A88X-ITX+ mobo, an A10-5800k 100W processor, 16Gb G.Skill DDR3-1600 RAM, Silicon Power S60 120Gb SSD and a Samsung DVDRW without any issues...  Turned out to be a really nice, compact setup and easy to work with/build...

IIRC, the case had a 300W power supply though, not a 200W as stated in the description/specs... Not sure what's stated in the current product description though, they may have corrected it...

Is this 200 or 300 watt PS?

There are two variants of this case:

Model #:  BP655.FH300TB3, In Win BP655 mini ITX case, has In Win TFX 300W PSU and front panel USB 3.0.

and

Model #:  BP655.FH200B, In Win BP655 mini ITX case, has In Win TFX 200W PSU and front panel USB 2.0.

Will a Micro ATX motherboard fit inside this?

No. This case only has 1 PCI card knock-out on the back side, which means it was made for a Mini ITX board. Micro ATX motherboards have 5 PCI slots, so a corresponding case will have at least 5 PCI card knock-outs on the back side. Counting the PCI slot covers on the back of the case is usually a pretty good way to begin to tell what kind of motherboard it was made for.

Question 6

OK I see where the CD/DVD drive goes, but where does the INTERNAL 3.5"HDD /2.5 SSD  go?  For the life of me I can't see where it fits.

An HDD or SSD would go below the CD/DVD at the front of the case. It is turned 90 degrees right to left unlike the CD/DVD which is positioned front to back. The HDD or SSD connectors are pointed towards the left side of the case opposite the side with the small case fan if it is lying flat and not in the tower position.

Will a GTX 1060 GPU fit?

No, this is a SFF case and will not accommodate a regular sized GPU out of the box. You'll need a single slot, short (one fan GPU) low profile GPU to use with this case. Even with the lid off this case you wouldn't be able to fit anything bigger than that unless you modded it. I can't remember if the PSU offers 6+2 pin power or not, so you may need to replace the PSU. It's a very tight fit in this case so while a single slot low profile card could fit in here you'll need to get creative with your cable management. In short, if you mod the case you could fit a larger (non-low profile) card in it but you will probably need to replace the included PSU for the additional power.

Question 8

Can/would anyone tell me the dimensions of the air intakes? Both the large one on top and small one by the fan. I wanna get some magnetic intake screens because I have a Golden Retriever that sheds a lot.

Also to those that answered my questions about being able to lay this horizontally && running the 7850k on the power supply, THANK YOU!

The side intake is a standard fan. I believe thats 80mm? I don't have the case in front of me so im not sure. The large exhaust vent is about 4 3/4"

Couple things to note I believe the smaller port came set up as an intake fan not an exhaust. And really the only room for a filter would be on the outside. If you use a GPU with a fan it will be pointed toward the case opposite the intake port. Which can be a problem with trapping heat.

Overall you shouldn't need to worry about this stuff for casual use. I am pushing the limits overclocking my graphics card (+ increasing GPU fan speed), CPU and memory. This is a great case if you respect it for what it is. A Toyota Corolla is not a Ferrari, but for what it is, it's a damn good car.

Will a 200watt power supply be able to handle a a10-7850k while gaming?

this case has a 300W PS.  I am running an A10-7850K, 16G ram and 1T mechanical HDD.  I am not a gamer, but the on-chip video is working fine for hd movies while downloading.  I would go make sure you get 300W.  Some of In Win's descriptions and specs can be confusing.

Question 10

Can I put a EVGA 400w power supply in this case? Can I remove put a slim dvd drive in it.

This case does not use a traditional/standard size power supply. It has completely different dimensions.  Not sure what you mean regarding the DVD, it takes a standard DVD drive.
