It says Micro ATX in the specs, but it looks like a regular ATX motherboard would fit. Is that correct?

The In Win EM013 Mini Tower Chassis is compatible with Micro ATX and Mini ITX motherboards. It does not specify compatibility with regular ATX motherboards.

How much clearance above MB for cpu cooler. Wraith Prism, Cooler Master (taller that wraith)?

I realize this answer is late for the original asker but I wanted to put an answer for future persons as an answer would have beneficial for me.  Yes, it has a 350 watt power supply installed.

Is the I/O back plate removable?

Like most cases, the I/O back plate is designed to receive whatever back plate comes with your motherboard of choice.
