Question 1

Has anyone successfully connected this keyboard with Windows 7 64x? I can get Windows 7 to pair with this keyboard but than fails loading bluetooth HID Drivers after entering pin code on the keyboard. Code 10 error.  This keyboard pairs and works fine with both my Android phone and my Ipad.

I have not.  I have had the same results as you, but admittedly, I have not given it much effort.  My only Win7 device is a desktop and I just haven't had the need to worry over a Bluetooth mini keyboard at my desk.
Works great with my Android devices..

Will this work with a windows 8.1 tablet?

I have not tried with a Win 8.1 tablet, but it does work perfectly with an 8.1 PC.  If your 8.1 tablet supports Bluetooth you should be fine.  That said, I will have a Bluetooth enabled Win 8.1 tablet on Tue for testing.
